1) The product / goods should have been purchased online from a UK based company
2) The value of the goods should be less than £30
3) The goods are damaged on delivery, are faulty, or develop a fault within a reasonable time scale
4) The supplier ignores your requests for replacement / refund or makes the replacement process / refund awkward to manage

The way to make your submission

1) Send details of the company (preferably with an internet link) to
2) Send details of the problems you've had with the company
3) Send any additional information you think may be useful for a song about the company
4) Send any other suggestions you have for the site
