Presumably, you've attempted to contact the company to complain, and they are being awkward, or just not replying. They are counting on you not taking them to court so what else can you do?

If they have an email address why not try the following - it's a little bit technical but it should make you feel better

Go to the following site - http://www.autohotkey.com/ Download and install Autohotkey, the free software that is located there. Use the record function to record you emailing the company, and save the file as a autohotkey macro. Test it out - it should automatically re-submit the email for you. When you are satisfied that it works, compile the macro into a .exe file and add it to your scheduled tasks in Windows. It will run automatically at an interval you've set (say every 10 minutes) night and day - which might get their attention - if you need more help please contact

Go to http://www.blagger.com and submit your comments about the company - initially your complaint will appear in the most recent complaints. After a couple of days Google will find it any time some enters the name of the company your unhappy with

Go to http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/ which is the online web site of The Office Of Fair Trading, for more information on your rights. You can also phone an adviser on 08454 04 05 06 to complain about the company and seek advice
